| Rabbi Barnetsky Passes away [October 29, 2006] |
 The month of Mar Cheshvan began with the bitter news of the passing of Rabbi A. Barnetsky. Only a few short years ago we honored him at our annual dinner which was held in Prospect park, we were Zoiche to have him attend physically. Now we will honor him, with only a spiritual attendance. A Siyum Mishnayos in honor of the Shloishim will be made. Motzoey Shabbos Kodesh Parshas Toldos (around the Shloishim) we are holding our annual Melaveh Malkah in his memory. The Melaveh Malkah will take place 4 Kislev, 25 November at the Young Israel of Ave K 8:30 pm sharp. | 8th grade graduation [June 21, 2006] |
 June 18th 2006 our eighth graders merited to graduate. The opening remarks were even more of a merit as they were spoken by council member David Yassky. |
